Behavioural Style Analysis

Whatever you are by nature, keep to it; never desert your line of talent. Be what nature intended for you and you will succeed. - Sydney Smith

The agreement we have with Art Niemann & Company to provide a unique behavioural assessment system has proved to be a welcome and popular addition to our portfolio.

This system provides the perfect tool for helping individuals understand their own behavioural style and how to make the most of their "personal talents" in the performance of their "role".

In addition, Behavioural Analysis is an excellent "tool" for managers to use in recruiting, developing, motivating and appraising individuals and teams.

It operates perfectly as a stand alone option or ideally complements the Peak Performance courses and programmes. It gives individuals and teams a unique and highly accurate insight into their behaviours, providing an excellent platform for personal development and improved effectiveness. The simple-to-use system highlights key areas such as motivational needs, preferred communication style, learning styles, stress and energy levels. Individual profiles can also be merged to give a composite view of teams. This creates a valuable opportunity to enhance team performance, by enabling people to recognise and appreciate individual differences, play to the team strengths and communicate more effectively.

One of the biggest problems in businesses around the world is our lack of understanding of behaviours. We all have specific behavioural traits that we were either born with or that we have developed over the years. The Peak Performance Institute specialise in behaviours, our "Peak Performance" course is all about understanding why we behave in certain ways and being able to change the behaviours we wish to and enhance the ones we are happy with. Behavioural analysis adds another dimension and further understanding about how we behave and how others behave. Our behavioural analysis tool uses a neutral language giving us information about how certain behaviours are received by people with different styles and how their behavior may be received by us because of our style.
