FAQ About The Peak Performance Institute E-Learning Programmes

1. If I subscribe to one of your e-learning programmes will you use my e mail address for other commercial purposes?...will I get bombarded with spam ??
ABSOLUTELY NOT - We respect your privacy and will only use your details for the purpose of communicating our e-learning programme content. See our Privacy policy HERE.

2. If I am unsure about anything on the programme will I be able to contact anyone?
YES ABSOLUTELY - At the bottom of each programme we have a "Contact Us" link you can e mail us at any time with any questions.

3. I would like to try e-learning, but I still like to work with traditional course notes. Can I get a printed version of the course material?
YES - At the end of each lesson we provide a link to download and print a PDF version of the individual lesson course notes.

4. Can I communicate with other users of the programme so that we can "compare and discuss" our progress?
YES - Each lesson has a link to our "Virtual Classroom". This is an On Line moderated chatroom which enables you to post any questions and points of discussion. This chatroom is for the use of course delegates and course tutors only.

5. Do I need a minimum specification on my PC to receive the programme material?
YES - You will need a PC with internet and e mail access configured to receive and view HTML e mails. Almost all modern computer systems (Mac or PC) currently in use will have the technical specifications necessary, however it is a good idea (but not necessary) to have a sound card and speakers to enable you to take advantage of the audio/visual components of the programmes.

6. Are there any specific steps I need to take to make sure the programme works with my system?
YES - Sadly in this era of Spam e mails you need to ensure that your spam filters/firewalls and virus checkers are correctly configured to allow our e mails through. This is a relatively simple procedure, and once configured correctly you should have no problems. If you need additional help setting your system up correctly, you can always contact us.

7. I have "lost" some of my earlier lessons. Can I get a new version?
YES - Simply contact us via the "Contact Us" button and request the additional lessons.

8. Do you update the content of your programmes?
YES - This is one of the main advantages of an e-learning programme. We are constantly researching new material, and we update our programmes frequently as we come across new research and new "case study" material.

9. Do you deliver this material in a traditional classroom based training programme ?
YES ABSOLUTELY - See the section on our web site "Training Solutions" where you can find details not only of the classroom based "Peak Performance" programme, but our other People development programmes.

10. I want to use this material not only for myself but for others in my organisation. Do you customise this material to make it fit with my organisation's existing training material and learning management system (LMS) ?
