ONE SHOT – Developing Leadership Skills

The concept of "Leadership" does not necessarily imply the need to become a leader or CEO of a large organisation or commercial entity.

In essence "Leadership" is nothing more than getting others to do their jobs, their tasks and their roles more effectively.

In this context, leadership is a role we all need to perform from time to time, using all the knowledge and tools from the Peak Performance material to help others get more out of themselves.

Our ONE SHOT programme explains the difference between "technical talents" and "personal talents" and why this understanding is crucial for developing the emotional intelligence competencies required for effective leadership.


The programme looks at the concept of "Resonant Leadership" and provides a "Self Directed Learning" style.

For leadership development, self directed learning succeeds precisely because the desire to achieve the learning comes from within.
The process is a multi step approach and follows a recursive sequence, with each new step demanding understanding and new "habits". The four step approach of our leadership development programme covers:

1. Create a vision of Your Ideal Self - Who exactly do you want to be ?. What kind of leader do you want to be?

2. Define your real self - Who exactly are you currently? What are the gaps between your real and ideal self?

3. Create your own personal learning programme which builds on your strengths whilst minimising the gaps between your real and ideal self.

4. Practice the new behaviour and new thinking identified in step 3 to the point of becoming a Peak Performer. Build the new pathways


This one of a kind programme is only available to group sizes of 10 or more.

The exact content and delivery format of our blended learning solution will be determined only after prior client consultation.

The blended learning programme delivers its learning content via a series of daily e mails, utlising links to our secure "content server". Our content server is configured to deliver a series of customised "core" modules to each registered user. At the end of each module the user is asked to complete certain tasks or answer specific questions to ensure that the programme module is completed and understood. At certain points within the programme the users are brought together for specific learning activities.

Each activity has a duration of either 2hours, a half day or a full day. The learning activity is designed by our specialist partners, Corporate Adrenalin who use their experience, skill and knowledge to create the appropriate experiential learning activity to "blend" in with the Peak Performance modules.

After completion of each experiential activity, the learning outcomes together with the audio and video footage of the activity are used as part of the subsequent e-learning process.


The complete programme will take several weeks to complete and has been designed to accommodate all learning styles, reflective learning, serial learning, interactive learning and experiential high impact emotional learning.
